Eligibility to use services

Use of vyraxfy services is available to individuals and entities authorized to enter legal agreements under applicable law. Certain services are specifically tailored for licensed real estate agents, consultant, agencies, and property professionals operating in Thailand.

Minimum age: users must be at least 18 years old to engage paid legal advisory services and to register for an account. By using our services you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

Lawful use: you must use the services in compliance with all applicable laws and with legitimate professional purposes related to property transactions, agency compliance, contract negotiation, dispute resolution, and related real estate matters.

Geographic limitations: vyraxfy focuses services on Thailand. Access from other jurisdictions may be restricted and certain legal services may not be available outside Thailand due to regulatory limits.

Account registration and responsibilities

To access certain features, you must register an account and provide accurate business and contact information. Agent accounts should include valid professional credentials where requested.

Accuracy of information: you are responsible for maintaining accurate, current account information. Misrepresentation of credentials, property details, or identity may result in suspension of services.

Account security: safeguard credentials and notify vyraxfy immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. We recommend unique passwords and enabling available security features.

Non-transferable: accounts are personal to the registered user and may not be transferred without prior written consent from vyraxfy.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in unlawful activity, or pose compliance risks. Suspension may be temporary pending contribute.

Scope of services

vyraxfy provides legal advisory services tailored to real estate agents, including contract drafting and review, agency compliance consultations, licensing advice, transaction due diligence, and limited dispute assistance. Specific services depend on the package or engagement agreed between the client and vyraxfy.

Service modifications: vyraxfy may modify service features, pricing, or availability. Changes will be communicated via email or posted on vyraxfy.club. Existing paid engagements will be handled according to the terms agreed at time of purchase.

Availability: while we aim for continuity, access may be interrupted for maintenance or due to events beyond our control. We will seek to provide notice of planned maintenance where practicable.

User conduct and platform rules

Users must act professionally and lawfully while using vyraxfy services. The following actions are prohibited:

• Submitting false or fraudulent property listings, documents, or credentials.
• Using the platform to facilitate discriminatory, illegal or unethical practices in property transactions.
• Attempting to access other users’ accounts or private data without authorization.
• Uploading malware, executing denial-of-service attacks, or otherwise disrupting services.
• Using vyraxfy branding or content in a manner that implies partnership without written consent.
• Soliciting personal contact or private data outside permitted business use or without consent.
• Violating intellectual property rights of vyraxfy or third parties.

User content and materials

Users may upload documents, property details, or other materials (User Content) for review and advice. You remain responsible for the content you submit.

Ownership: you retain ownership of your User Content. By submitting content you confirm you have the right to share it and that it does not violate third-party rights.

License to operate: you grant vyraxfy a non-exclusive, worldwide license to access, use, reproduce, and analyze User Content as necessary to provide services, improve offerings, and to comply with legal obligations.

Responsibility: do not upload sensitive third-party personal data without consent. You are responsible for obtaining required permissions and for the accuracy of information provided for legal review.

Removal requests: you may request removal of User Content in accordance with our privacy procedures. Certain records may be retained as required by law or to preserve the integrity of active engagements.

Intellectual property

All site content, methodologies, templates, and branding on vyraxfy.club are the intellectual property of vyraxfy or licensed third parties. Use of such material is permitted only as expressly stated in these Terms.

• Do not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from vyraxfy content without prior written permission.
• Do not remove or alter any proprietary notices or activity appearing in site content or documents provided by vyraxfy.
• Unauthorized commercial use of vyraxfy materials is prohibited and may result in legal action.

Paid services and engagements

Paid engagements include one-time advisory sessions, document drafting, subscription compliance services, and bespoke retainers. Terms specific to each paid service are provided in engagement agreements.

Pricing: fees are set out in the proposal or service listing. Fees for professional legal work reflect complexity and time required and are subject to change for future engagements.

Payment methods: we accept payments through approved channels listed on vyraxfy.club. Payment must be made in the currency specified in the engagement and prior to commencement unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Subscriptions: subscription services renew automatically unless cancelled in accordance with the subscription terms. Cancellation restores access only at the end of the billing period unless otherwise stated.

Refunds: refund eligibility is governed by the terms of the specific service agreement. For clarity, refunds are evaluated case-by-case and depend on the nature of services delivered.

Cancellation: clients may cancel engagements subject to any notice and fees specified in the engagement agreement. Outstanding fees for services rendered up to cancellation remain payable.

Taxes: clients are responsible for any taxes applicable to services under local law. vyraxfy will invoice applicable taxes where required by Thai regulations.

Price changes: vyraxfy may adjust service fees. Existing fixed-price engagements will be honored for the agreed period; new invoices will reflect updated pricing.

Non-payment: failure to pay may result in suspension of services and retention of documents until outstanding balances are settled. vyraxfy may pursue recovery of unpaid fees through lawful means.

Professional disclaimer

Information provided by vyraxfy is for general legal guidance for real estate professionals and does not substitute for personalized legal counsel. Specific legal outcomes depend on the facts of each case and applicable law in Thailand. Clients engaging vyraxfy for advisory services will receive tailored advice documented in engagement communications.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, vyraxfy’s liability for direct damages arising from provision of services is limited to fees paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages or for losses resulting from decisions made based on client-supplied inaccurate information.

Third-party service providers

We may engage third-party professionals, translators, or technical providers to assist with client matters. Where third parties are engaged, vyraxfy will supervise and remain the primary point of contact unless otherwise agreed in the engagement.

Termination of services

Either party may terminate a service engagement in accordance with the termination provisions of the applicable engagement agreement. Termination does not relieve either party of obligations incurred prior to termination.

Consequences of termination: upon termination, outstanding fees remain due and client documents will be returned or retained according to agreed terms and legal retention obligations. Confidentiality obligations survive termination.

Privacy and data protection

We process personal data in accordance with the privacy policy available on vyraxfy.club. Data collected is limited to what is necessary to provide legal services, comply with law, and to maintain client relationships. Data access is restricted to authorized personnel.

Communications and notifications

Communications may be sent by email, postal mail, or through the vyraxfy platform. Important notices regarding services, billing, or legal updates will be sent to the contact details provided by the user.

Changes to Terms of Service

vyraxfy may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on vyraxfy.club with a new effective date. Continued use following notice constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Where disputes cannot be resolved amicably, parties may pursue resolution through agreed dispute resolution procedures or the competent courts of Thailand, unless an alternative dispute resolution mechanism is specified in an engagement agreement.

Dispute resolution

We aim to resolve disputes professionally and promptly. Contact our legal operations team to raise concerns. Where necessary, disputes will be handled in accordance with the dispute resolution clause in the relevant client engagement, which may include mediation or court proceedings in Thailand.
